Legato Frame Warranty
Your Legato Frames and included accessories are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
Legato Care
Life happens. Legato Care is there when it does.
Legato Care extends your Frames warranty from one year to three years. It also covers what a standard warranty doesn't: if your Frames are accidentally broken, lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you're covered.
You can add Legato Care anytime within 45 days of buying your Frames.
Legato Lens Warranty
Bought your lenses from Legato with your Frames?
They have their own warranty: two years on the anti-reflective and blue-light coatings, and one year on everything else.
It also includes scratch protection, prescription change protection, and a progressive lens satisfaction guarantee.
If you got your lenses through an eye care provider, they're covered by that provider's warranty.
