Legato Frames Standard Limited Warranty

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 

Limited Warranty 
Legato Audio, Inc. ("Legato," "we," "our," or "us") warrants that the Legato Frames hearing glasses and the Legato-branded accessories included with your Legato Frames at purchase (collectively, the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the original retail purchase date.

Product means the Legato Frames hearing glasses, including the electronic components, frame chassis, charging pad, charging cable, carrying case, cleaning cloth, and other Legato-branded accessories included in the original retail package. Product does not include lenses installed in Legato Frames. Lenses sold by Legato are covered separately under the Legato Lens Limited Warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required. 

Coverage 
This limited warranty covers the repair, replacement, or refund (at Legato's discretion) for defects in materials or workmanship to the Product.

Replacement product may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

This limited warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
  • Loss or theft
  • Liquid damage or other damage outside of intended use described in Owner’s Guide 
  • Third-party accessories
  • Normal battery aging 

This warranty also does not cover damage, changes, scratches, defects, etc. in the lenses provided by or installed in Legato Frames.  Lenses provided by Legato are covered under a separate Legato Limited Lens Warranty.  

Warranty Claims 
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Legato Customer Support at 1-866-4LEGATO (1-866-453-4286) with a description of the issue. We may also require you to provide proof of purchase, return the Product (at our expense), or provide photos of the Product as part of the warranty claim process. 

Shipping 
Legato covers return shipping within the United States for approved warranty claims. 

Limitations 
Except as expressly stated, all implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Legato is not liable for incidental or consequential damages except where prohibited by law. 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
